October 2014 update for Lync for Mac 2011 14.0.10

Biggest changes are Call/Conversation History, Media Resiliency (automatic reconnection) and OS X Yosemite support.

each release is worse than the last… the software is completely unreliable now… spontaneously crashes every few minutes

14.0.9 would crash whenever the preferences pane was activated… 14.0.10 fixed that

after updating to 14.0.10 the application crashes every few minutes spontaneously…the exception message is as follows:

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x00000000f0000020

Any workaround or solution to this problem?
